Contact Us
Most general questions can be addressed by the reception staff at the clinic, so just give us a call during normal business hours (every day from 7am to 8 pm, except Tuesdays). Tuesday our doctor’s only day off and the clinic is closed for normal services.
In general, you should call the office at (808) 396-3333, send an email to contact@acfanimals.org, or use the online form, below. Please note that spay/neuter and other appointments for hospital services are currently handled by telephone only.
Specific Questions
Problems with the Web Site
If you’re having a technical issue with some aspect of the web site (such as the online adoptions application), if you find a speling mistake, or if you have a related comment or suggestion, send an email to feedback@acfanimals.org.
Note, however, that messages to this address go to a volunteer web developer who cannot answer questions related to ACF’s adoption program or other services. Please call the office or use one of the other methods of contacting us if you have those kinds of questions. Thanks!
Adoptions, Fostering, Volunteering, and Sponsorships
Send an email to Robyn Washousky using the contact@acfanimals.org address. Please be sure to include a relevant subject line with your message (I’m interested in sponsoring/fostering/adopting…).
If you’d like, you can just as easily use the contact form below. That will go to Robyn as well.
Spay/Neuter Appointments
Please call our office during normal business hours at (808) 396-3333 to schedule an appointment. These surgeries must normally be scheduled a week in advance, but sometimes earlier appointment slots do open up, so it doesn’t hurt to call.
Medical Emergencies
We can accept walk-in emergencies at our Hawaiʻi Kai location while our doctor is in the office, from 12 pm to 8 pm. An emergency room fee will be assessed. We can also accept after-hours emergencies on a case-by-case basis, depending on our doctor’s availability.
If you have a medical concern outside our normal business hours, it’s best to call the main number after hours and follow the instructions in the message. A 24-hour emergency facility operated by the VCA (and not affiliated with ACF) exists in in Pearl City.
